BPSC CDPO Salary

BPSC CDPO Selection Process

The BPSC Child Development Officer job is competitive. To get this job, you have to go through three steps:

  1. Preliminary Examination (Prelims): This is the first test. You answer questions on paper, and you can get up to 150 points.
  2. Main Examination (Mains): If you do well in the Prelims, you move on to the Mains Exam. Here, you have to pass two sets of papers. One set is compulsory, and the other is optional.
  3. Interview: If you pass the Prelims and Mains, you get invited to an interview. This is the last step, and it’s worth 120 points. If you do well in all three steps, you can become a BPSC CDPO.
